Emerson Recommits to St. Louis

On February 4th, Emerson Corporation formally opened its new global headquarters in the newly-named Emerson Tower at Forsyth Pointe in Clayton. BSI Constructors was Emerson’s construction partner for the new 100,000 square foot workspace that is now home to 400 employees. With 2024 revenues of $17 billion, Emerson has long been one of St. Louis’ largest and most respected companies. We salute Emerson for their decision to recommit to St. Louis for their new headquarters, in spite of many attractive alternatives, and also for their announcement at the grand opening that they are going to ramp up their local charitable giving with a $6 million increase in 2025 compared to their previous baseline for annual donations in the St. Louis area.
